Financial Data: If you subscribe to Premium, payment is handled by third-party processors. We do not store your card details.

Legitimate Interest (for non-marketing communications): For notifications about the launch, updates, and beta testing invitations, we process your data based on our legitimate interest in informing you about oikono.app's progress and offering you early access opportunities. We have balanced our interests against your rights and freedoms and believe that these communications are of genuine interest to those who have signed up for updates.

3. B2B Services: Employers & Financial Institutions

We provide insights to our B2B partners (e.g., employers or institutions) to improve financial wellness. We only share anonymised, group-level data. This does not identify you.

4. Skill-Based Competition & Fair Play

To ensure the integrity of our prize pool, there is no entry fee:

Anti-Cheat: We analyse performance data to detect bot activity or fraudulent scoring.
Equal Opportunity: To ensure the competition remains a test of knowledge, not wealth. Our "Premium" strategy lessons offer more depth but do not provide more "Skill Points" than standard lessons.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We may engage third-party service providers to assist us with our activities. Although the third-party service providers are bound by an agreement containing obligations related to privacy regulations, we cannot guarantee full compliance from their side. We will update this policy accordingly if we engage such a service. We may share information with:

Service Providers: For app hosting platform.
Email Platforms: To send you updates and competition results.
Regulatory Bodies: If required by the regulatory or legal process.

6. Your Rights

Correction/Erasure: Fix errors or delete your account ("Right to be Forgotten").
Withdraw Consent: Toggle off B2B data sharing or marketing at any time.

Right to Complain: Raise concerns directly to us at info@oikono.app or the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). We acknowledge all complaints within 30 days.

7. Data Retention

Active Accounts: We keep your data as long as your account is active.
Competitions: Winners' data is kept for 7 years for tax/audit purposes.
Anonymisation: Once an account is deleted, we may keep fully anonymised performance data to improve our educational algorithms.
